            Usage of this site, including visiting and buying products from our website www.barhat.ro, involves accepting and respecting the terms and conditions set forth by S.C. BARHAT LASH S.R.L., according to legislation. In order to use the website in the best of ways, we recommend you read carefully the terms and conditions below.

• Company’s presentation

 This website presents products which www.barhat.ro makes available for you, after you accept in full the terms and conditions. Not accepting them automatically leads to not being able to benefit from the services offered on this website. All information on this website – images, texts, database – belong to and are owned by www.barhat.ro, and they are protected by the law with regards to Copyright (law 8/1996), and using the information without the company’s permission is punishable according to the current legislation.

The information entered by the user will be used only in the purposes detailed on this website. www.barhat.ro will not divulge your personal information to any third parties (name, address, e-mail address, phone number, etc.), without your prior consent, excepting when there are legal matters in which it’s necessary to divulge these information.

• Waver of responsibility

www.barhat.ro  makes available to you a large volume of information about the presented products; there is still the possibility that there are certain discrepancies due to the processing of a large volume of information. The images are strictly informative and they can differ from the products which are delivered, with respects to color, overall look and so on.

www.barhat.ro cannot be made accountable for not honoring the orders on time because of filling incorrect information in the DELIVERY INFORMATION section and the maximum responsibility for any client in the case of a delayed delivery or if not delivered is reduced to the value of money gotten by the respective client, minus the shipping fees if they exist.

www.barhat.ro cannot be made accountable for any damages that appear when using any time the purchased items through this site.

www.barhat.ro is packing and actively protecting the products and getting them ready for the delivery. Still, if the products arrive in a bad shape (they are unsealed, broken, etc.), this is solely due to the shipper and any expenses for replacement are left to them, if you will launch a complaint with regards to this.

• Product prices

The prices displayed are in RON and they include VAT, and are current at the moment you accessed the webpage where they are displayed when ordering the products. www.barhat.ro reserves the right to change prices any time, without a prior notice or notification.

• Payment methods

Payment can be done: on delivery, with a credit card or through wire transfer

Payment can be done when the courier is getting/giving the order to you, in case you didn’t make a wire transfer or paid with card.

Product returns

Any product returns is governed by the legislation nr. 130/2000, with further modifications and details.

Extract from the legislation:

-     "The user has the right to notify in writing the seller that they are giving up on the purchase, with no penalties and without having to invoke a reason, within 10 working days from receiving the product."

-     "The user has the right to unilaterally dissolve the initial contract, within 10 working days, without any penalties and without having to invoke a reason. The only costs which may fall on the user are direct expenses for returning products."

Thus, clients that are not happy with the ordered products can return them, respecting the terms and conditions outlines below. In all situations, the return costs are paid by the client.

The www.barhat.ro clients can return products that they bought only in their original packaging, within 10 working days since getting the order. The ordered product will be returned in the same manner in which it was delivered, it has to still be sealed, and not show any signs of wear or usage, it has to be unopened, to have the same label, the original packaging and also the delivery documents. Within 30 days since returning, we will return to you the amount paid for the order.

www.barhat.ro will fully return the value of the product/products returned and the costs of the wire transfers will fall on barhat.ro. All you have to do us inform us at the e-mail address info@barhatlash.com, by writing to us your account IBAN number, the name of the owner and their SSN. It’s necessary to send us the product/cts using a courier company, by packaging the product/cts you wish to send to us and mention on the outside of the package the name of the bill, return ID and the name of the person that did the original order. The shipment costs will be paid by the client.

Due to administrative reasons, www.barhat.ro will not accept any packages which don’t respect the conditions above. Still, if the product/cts are damaged during shipping, they are sent as returns, due to the improper packaging, the shipping fees will have to be paid by you.

We wish you let you know that the returned products are not able to compensate a following order.

• Litigations

Any litigations that appear between the website’s users and www.barhat.ro will be solved amiably and in the case in which this is not possible, it is up to the Romanian courts.

• Final dispositions

 Once you launch an order, www.barhat.ro assumes that the user read and understood the conditions which govern the site rules and regulations and the order launched by the client has a title of contract between parts with all the rights and obligations that derive from this.
