OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE “WIN AN APPLE WATCH SERIES 11” RAFFLE
1. Campaign Organizer
The sweepstakes is organized by Barhat Lash SRL, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer,” through the online store www.barhat.ro.
Participation in the raffle implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
2. Campaign Period
The campaign runs from July 1, 2026, through July 31, 2026, inclusive.
Only orders placed during this period and successfully delivered to customers are eligible for participation.
3. Eligibility Requirements
All individuals who cumulatively meet the following conditions are automatically entered into the raffle:
- Place one or more orders on www.barhat.ro between July 1, 2026, and July 31, 2026.
- Each order has a minimum value of 249 lei, after any applicable discounts have been applied.
- The order is confirmed, shipped, and successfully delivered.
No additional registration is required.
4. Chances of Winning
Each eligible order counts as a separate entry in the drawing.
There is no maximum limit on the number of entries.
Participants who place multiple eligible orders have additional chances to win, as each order with a minimum value of 249 lei will be entered separately into the drawing.
Examples:
- 1 eligible order = 1 chance to win
- 3 eligible orders = 3 chances to win
- 5 eligible orders = 5 chances to win
All eligible orders placed during the campaign period will be entered into the drawing, with each order counting as a separate entry.
5. Prize
The prize offered in the raffle consists of:
- 1 Apple Watch Series 11
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be substituted with other products at the winner’s request.
6. Selection of the Winner
The winner will be selected by a live drawing on August 5, 2026.
The exact time of the drawing will be announced on the Organizer’s official social media channels a few days before it takes place.
7. Validation of the Winner
To claim the prize, the winner must meet all the conditions set forth in these rules.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participating order.
If it is determined that an order was canceled, undelivered, unclaimed, or returned prior to the winner’s validation, that entry becomes void.
8. Retention of the Participating Order
The order that generated the winning entry must be retained by the winner.
If the winner requests a full or partial refund of the order that formed the basis of the winning entry, and as a result the order value falls below the minimum threshold of 249 lei, the Organizer has the right to invalidate the win and conduct a new drawing.
9. Failure to Claim the Prize
If the designated winner refuses the prize, cannot be contacted, or fails to provide the information necessary for prize delivery within 30 calendar days of the announcement of the results, the Organizer will conduct a new drawing to select another winner.
10. Data Protection
Participants’ data will be used exclusively for the administration of the raffle, the validation of the winner, and the awarding of the prize, in accordance with applicable legislation regarding the protection of personal data.
11. Final Provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these rules or to suspend the campaign in exceptional circumstances, notifying participants by publishing the changes on the website www.barhat.ro.
By participating in this raffle, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these rules.
These rules are valid for the entire duration of the campaign.
