This website is owned and managed by SC BARHAT LASH SRL , with a CUI: 43144352, J40/12921/2020 for which the confidentiality of personal information is an essential component. The policy and our personal information protection is focused on the processing, exchange and proper and legal storing of these personal information and thus ensuring their confidentiality, integrity and availability.
This confidentiality declaration is applied to the main professional entity of SC BARHAT LASH SRL and any of their partners.
SC BARHAT LASH SRL processes and stores personal information in the EU and it’s capable to prove at any moment that they adhere to the European Union legislation and also to the principles set in this document.
This confidentiality declaration is the complete confidentiality policy applicable to the online activity of SC BARHAT LASH SRL. This declaration explains the types of information which we gather from our clients and the way in which we use them.
Our website is adhering to the GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation, (Rule (EU) 2016/679), which is a mandatory legislative act. GDPR creates new rights for individuals and underlines some existing rights under the Directive 95/46/EC.

Personal information
Personal information means any information which can be tied to an identified or identifiable person (subject). The personal information includes all types of direct or indirect information (and thus used in connection to other information) which refers to the subject, such as name, birth date, addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, etc..
Gathering of the personal information
The personal information which we collect include:
- First name, last name, social security number, company name, information referring companies and headquarters (for companies), delivery address, phone, e-mail address
- We collect information about your device and about the way in which you and your device interact with our products.
- We collect information about the features you use and the web pages that you access from our website.
- We collect information about your IP address, regional and language settings.
The purpose of gathering personal information:
- Informing the clients/buyers with regards to the status of their Account, including validating, sending and billing orders, solving the cancellations or any issues that comes up during an order, the goods and/or services;
- Sending of newsletters and/or periodic alerts, by using the electronic communication (e-mail, SMS), only if the person expressed their agreement to this matter;
- Market research, tracking and monitoring of sales and buyer/client behavior.
Using personal information
We will use the personal information only in the context of the purposes mentioned in the previous article. Also, SC BARHAT LASH SRL can share personal information of the clients to other companies which are their partners, but only for the purposes mentioned earlier, such as follows: SC FAN COURIER EXPRESS SRL, SC SITTO AGENCY
The personal information of the buyer can also be shared with Authorities, Police, Legal Entities and others, based on the legislation for this matter and after a formal request.
The security of processing
We will process the personal information safely, we will apply and maintain adequate technical measures in order to protect the personal information against destruction or accidental or illegal loss, modifications, unauthorized access, especially when the processing also refers to transmitting the personal information through a network and also against any other form of illegal processing. The client’s personal information is saved in a database that is hosted on servers from [European Union].
If there is a security breach, which can be an accident, dataloss or unauthorized access, SC BARHAT LASH SRL will inform the competent authorities from Romania by A.N.S.P.D.C.P. (National Authority of Surveillance of Gathering of Personal Information) within 72 hours since opening the security breach.
Access to modify or delete personal information
The clients have the right to request at any time access to, modifying, deleting or restricting the processing of the personal information we gathered. In order to better help us keep your personal information up to date, we recommend that users notify us about any change of discrepancy. In order to view an extract or to change the personal information, in order to gain information about the time periods for which SC BARHAT LASH SRL intends to keep the personal information or for any other questions related to the personal information, including their deletion from our systems, we ask you to contact us via e-mail at info@barhatlash.com
Marketing E-mails
SC BARHAT LASH SRL reserves the right to send marketing e-mails to their clients after having their consent. This specific form of consent must be given freely, specifically informed and accurate. These requests are considered fulfilled once the clients opted to receive marketing e-mails (they actively approved this).
The clients will always have the right to object, without any costs, to the processing of the personal information for marketing purposes directly without having to supply a concrete reason for doing so. The clients can do this by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link which appears in the e-mail messages which we send you or you can message us directly at info@barhatlash.com. Once the client objected, their personal information will no longer be processed for direct marketing.
The marketing e-mails contain information which we deem as interesting for the client, and also the latest news about our products and services.
Complaints
The clients have the right to address a complaint with regards to the processing of their personal information. All questions and complaints will be handled by us in due time and according to our internal procedures.
In the unlikely case in which the clients suffered damages due to not respecting their rights with regards to the personal information protection policy and SC BARHAT LASH SRL didn’t treat the complaint accordingly, the clients have the possibility to launch a formal complaint to a higher authority.

Changes to this policy
This policy can be updated periodically, like after there are some modifications in the relevant legislation or there are corporate structure changes within SC BARHAT LASH SRL.
