General promotion rules
1. ORGANIZER
1.1. This Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "Regulation") sets out the general conditions for the promotions offered by BARHAT LASH SRL, a Romanian company with registered office in SG. Constantin DELIU nr. 11, office nr. 2, 2nd floor, ap. 11, Sector 5, București, registered in the Bucharest Trade Register under no. J40/12921/2020, with fiscal code 43144352, e-mail office@barhat.ro, hereinafter referred to as "The Organizer".
1.2. The Regulations are brought to the attention of clients and potential clients by publication on the website https://www.barhat.ro/. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules and Regulations, which shall be made known by publication on the same website.
2. RUNNING PERIOD AND APPLICABILITY
2.1. Period of Promotions. Each promotion/price reduction will have a start date and an end date or end conditions (e.g. out of stock).
2.2 Venue. Promotions apply exclusively to orders placed on https://www.barhat.ro/ or other sales channels of the Organizer, unless otherwise specified.
2.3. Restrictions and exceptions. The Organizer reserves the right to limit the quantity of products purchased during discount campaigns, as well as the right to exclude certain products from the promotion.
3. RIGHT OF PARTICIPATION
3.1. Any natural person of at least 18 years of age, who places an order on the website https://www.barhat.ro/ and meets the specific conditions of the promotion in question, may participate in the promotions offered by the Organizer.
4. MECHANISM OF THE PROMOTIONS
4.1. Percentage Discounts
4.1.1. Percentage discounts (e.g. -10%, -20%, -50%) are applied directly to the sale price displayed on the website for one or more products.
4.1.2. Percentage discounts are valid while stocks last and, if indicated, for the period mentioned in the campaign announcement.
4.1.3. The discount applies strictly to the sale price of the product and does not cover transportation, packaging, handling, taxes or other costs, unless otherwise specified.
4.2. Gift Products
4.2.1. 'Gift Product' means a product offered free of charge with the purchase of one or more Eligible Product(s)/Service(s).
4.2.2. Eligibility for the gift product is determined by the conditions communicated (e.g. purchases above a certain value, purchase of a certain product, etc.).
4.2.3. The Gift Product cannot be exchanged for its cash equivalent and cannot be transferred or resold as part of the Promotion.

4.4. Discount Vouchers
4.4.1. The Voucher is a unique or general code, which, entered in the dedicated field at checkout, applies a value or percentage discount.
4.4.2. Vouchers can be distributed through newsletters, social networks, events, partnerships, etc. and have a limited validity period (specified on the voucher or in the promotional campaign).
4.4.3 A voucher can only be used once for one customer account unless otherwise specified.
4.4.4. Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or vouchers, unless expressly stated otherwise.
4.5 Quantity Discounts (Volume Discounts)
4.5.1 The Organizer may offer quantity discounts (e.g. "Buy 3 products and pay only 2" or "Buy 5 pieces and get the price per piece reduced by 10%").
4.6. Occasional Period-Dependent Discounts
4.6.1. These promotions are valid within a limited and announced time period (e.g. "Black Friday", "Cyber Monday", "Easter Discounts", "Anniversary Discounts" etc.).
4.6.2. For these campaigns, clear information about products, prices, period and stock shall be displayed before the start of the campaign.
4.6.3. Discounts may not apply to certain products, depending on the Organizer's exclusion policy (e.g. products that already have a discount, partner products, etc.).
4.7. Gift Product for New Customers
4.7.1 The Organizer may offer a gift product exclusively to those who place their first order on the Website.
4.7.2. In order to benefit, the customer must be a first-time customer and must not have had another account on the website.
5. LIMITATIONS
5.1 Promotions are only valid for orders placed and confirmed during the campaign period, subject to stock availability (where stock is relevant).
5.2 The Organizer is not responsible for:
- System errors that could affect the calculation of discounts;
- Out of stock on certain products;
- Any loss or damage not directly attributable to the Organizer.
5.3 In the event that a customer abuses the promotion (e.g. creates multiple accounts in order to repeatedly obtain a voucher/gift intended for new customers), the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the respective orders and block the accounts involved.
5.4. The Organizer reserves the right to introduce or withdraw offers at any time, subject to legal provisions.
6. FORCE MAJEURE
6.1 The Organizer accepts no responsibility for situations where, for reasons of force majeure (unforeseeable, uncontrollable and unavoidable events), the promotions cannot be carried out as planned. 6.2 In case of force majeure, the Organizer will publicly announce the interruption or modification of the promotion and will make reasonable efforts to resume the campaign under normal conditions.
7. FINAL CLAUSES
7.1 In the event of disputes arising, the parties will attempt to resolve them amicably. If no agreement can be reached, disputes will be settled by the competent Romanian courts at the Organizer's headquarters. These Rules are governed by Romanian law.
